and he/she introduced himself/herself as
CHAO WEI

phishers are busy people they don't have time to change their fake names.

Here you have to observe one thing that he didnt specify the bank name if he would have specified the bank name , it would have been more intrestingand funny too

lol, but i received like several copies of that email, meaning someone sold my email to this phisher and scammer, they don't bother to read what they send, i think, or they just copy/paste the letter from some other source and don't bother to read, you won't get any information from the scammer, they're only purpose is to get your personal information and sell it to other scammers/phishers like themselves.
