How long should I wait before relisting a item on ebay?

Someone bought my item on ebay with buy it now. And I don't think he intends on paying for it. It's been 3 days I sent him 2 emails but no response. It looks to me that he created the ebay account to buy my game because it says ebay member is new and he has 0 feedback. Should I wait to re-list?

there is no limit to relist from ebay . you may relist item even as soon as it ends

From experience he will probably not pay for it. But you need to wait 7 days and start an unpaid item claim for it. After it has been started you need to wait another 7 days to finalize it and get your fees back - then relist. If you relist before then they can pay for the item and you will be stuck in a big mess.
