1. Try to sign into your eBay account:

You have to answer a few questions and eBay once satisfied with the answers will send you instruction and a link to change your password. Make it usually 12 characters, lowercase, uppercase and numbers.
- Change the secret question and answer in your account
Always create a secret question and answer and make it as difficult as you can.
- Verify the account information in your account.
If your account was compromised, chances are the information there will be changed as well without your permission.
