How do I use a credit card to pay in paypal?

I am trying to make a payment with paypal using my credit card, but I'm unable to. It states that I need to add funds to my account (currently I have nothing in the account). How do I pay with my credit card?

When you start the payment process, there's an "other method" button you have to check. I can't remember exactly where it is but I use the credit card option all the time. They'll ask you if you're sure you want to use your credit card. Just say yes. Oh, of course the credit has to be listed with them first.
