PayPal Is one of the Safest Means for the Online Transactions

With thousands of products being sold online, you will face a situation where you will need to give out your credit card information to the buyer in order to make the purchase. At this point of time most of the buyers might pull themselves back if they are not very sure about the privacy policies and security measures of the seller.

Fortunately, you can use the services of reputed payment processor companies like PayPal, Money-bookers etc. All you’ll need to do is create a free account with these companies and provide them with your credit card information. They will protect your private information and will never sell it nor share it with the third parties.

You can also have your account verified with your address. The procedure to have your account verified these mentioned on their website. This is a lot safer option than giving out your credit card information to the unknown sellers.

Once you register for an account with PayPal, you can make transactions on the net just by giving out your e-mail address or your telephone number. It is very convenient and safe to use the PayPal services because they are widely accepted by most of the sellers around the world. Their website is very safe because it is protected with the SSL encryption technology. It is the most advanced security technology adopted by most of the financial institutions around the world.

Sending and receiving money with PayPal is very fast and convenient. You can raise an invoice very easily on the ‘receive payments’ option on the website. The seller can then process your invoice from their PayPal account.

You can register for an individual account called as premier account or a business account depending on your needs. When you make the transactions on PayPal, the receiving party will need to bear the transaction fees of around 2%. The transactions are instantaneous and the money will reflect on your account immediately.

You can withdraw money with the PayPal checks or by adding a bank account to your PayPal account. That checks will be delivered to your address within their stipulated time frames. It is very easy to add your bank account and have the money deposited there. The money will reflect on your bank account within 5 working days.

The mass payment option otherwise called as PayPal MassPay is also widely used by a lot of businesses around the world. If you need to pay many individuals or companies, you could opt for MassPay with which you can send out the payments to the whole recipient database at one go. You could also arrange for automatic payments with MassPay if you have to pay your members every month. However, with MassPay the sender will need to incur the transaction fees but this is a very small fee.

PayPal has their own style of dispute resolution where you can raise the dispute as a buyer if you are unsatisfied with the seller’s services. You can raise the dispute on the PayPal website and communicate with your seller. If the issue does not get resolved there, you can escalate it to the PayPal dispute. They will then review the entire issue or case before giving their decision.

Yes i have a real good story to tell and I'd say never trust PayPal.

Now it started a few weeks ago when i was selling the Nokia 8800 Carbon Arte a very expensive mobile phone that i bought from our suppliers at 715GBP's and was selling them on eBay for 900GBP's or best offer "And if you want access to these suppliers you can in my signature" now back to the story well i sold about 5 of these phones the lowest at 840GBP's and the others at 900GBP's good profit yeah was well chuffed.

That was until a Russian woman bought one very new to eBay so i was very sceptical at first so i thought lets see what happened because not all new members are Scammers,

So i accepted her
PayPal payment but emailed her explaining i would have to hold her funds for 5 working days before i shipped the phone because she was new to eBay and i need to give eBay time to check if the payment was safe.

So she then emailed me back saying fine i totally understand the way things are with the Internet and eBay now days just please email me the tracking info when your ready thank you.

So i thought very nice and understanding person,

Yeah right!

So the 5 working days pass and nothing from
PayPal to say the payment was suspicious so i shipped it and she emailed me when she received it saying she was over the moon left me good feedback and said she would buy another for her husband, so i thought great another 150GBP's profit and she paid straight away and because the first one went so well i shipped the second that same day and tracked it all the way to her house so job done over 300GBP's profit on two mobile phones great.

That was until five weeks latter i got an email from
PayPal saying the payment was unauthorised and they deducted it from my balance putting my account with a near 2k deficit so i followed PayPal's requests for information IE. tracking numbers etc and thought I'd get my money back as i was "protected" Yeah right.

A month latter they email me saying the credit card issuer had charged back the payment and they would work on my behalf to solve it "Now hold on they would work on my behalf shouldn't they give me my money back and fight the case for themselves?" No its your problem if
PayPal allow a stolen credit card to be used to buy off you. What a load of bull,

So now I'm left with a
PayPal account i can't use and over 2k in debit PayPal & eBay suck don't use any of them.

oh dear.. that's a lot to lose. I've been trading using paypal for sales and purchases for nearly 8 years and never had any problems.

I guess it's just luck.
