I have tried most of the methods you have mentioned. They are not so easy as it seems. You need to find a lot of hard work to make up with these listed points. Yes there are many websites that are paying by Paypal.Now days there are many social sites which pays us just to participate with them and working actively on their site.I know many of them.Most of them pays through paypal only.
