Exclamation Paypal - help !

Please suggest and advise me whether should i upgrade to paypal premier account

Actually mine is a personal account and i hear that they have modified the payment rules in such a way that any amount from 1$ is charged a fee, from what i hear the percentage of amount deducted will be around 6% from a personal account and 3.5% for a business/premier account

so i have with-held transacting from my paypal personal account as i feel personal accounts are being levied more transaction charges,so should i upgrade and if anyone here can help me regarding the benefits of paypal premier account then it will be more valuable

Pepernity, it is totally new information to me. I know that paypla would deduct Rs. 50 if the total amount be converted from dollar to Rs. is not more thatn 7000 and it would be free, anything greater than that. Besides this, paypal is also deducting certain percentage, I don't know the exact amount of it. Is it 6% now? And if it is so, more money would be deducted while converting to Rupees from dollar.
