This guy paid me and i send him his account and now he opened a case on me saying it was unauthorized payment. from that $85 he gave me i bought other stuff so what can i do because i know paypal support buyers?

Which guy paid you and what about the account? Elaborate the issue correctly, so that it can be understood easiliy. Still, ask your buyer to clear up the issue and mention him the details of your work. If paypal retains any facility, leave a mail to them as well. Their support staff will help you out definitely.

The problem which Mechanical has tried to explain in his thread is not clear. Please elaborate clearly the problems and then only expect to get solutions. No one could suggest you anything without knowing the actual situation. So be specific!
