Default What are the benefits of verifying a Paypal account?
My father is extremely afraid to verify his Paypal account for fear of fraudulent charges or whatnot. I need it to be verified in order to buy an item on Ebay. I just need some info on the benefits and minuses of verifying your Paypal account. Thanks!
