Is there any way to gain access to the computer located remotely and copy or delete or do what ever to his/her system ?
Way in the sense software or any other method to get to know about his/her system?

It is only possible if you both have access and has remote access over it.In this you can handle other persons (Only the one with whom you have access) from your own computer.But you need to do hardware settings.

What is the software used to get access or it depends upon the ip adress or the mac adress of the persons system???

yes, you can do this by using gbridge software. this software is really amazing.
i was use that software. with the help of this we can do everything copy, delete or change some setting also.

Depending on the intent of the user, if it's to unknowningly gain access to their system then I won't help you.

If you wish to control your own system remotely then that's another story.
There are various programs out there that can be installed so that you can controll it from any PC, USB or WebBrowser.

Simply google "Remote Admin" Radmin is the most common and user friendly.
